NACHOS

All nachos include cheese.

FAJITA NACHOS: Tender strips of marinated chicken or steak on a bed of nachos, topped with cheese. With or without vegetables.

All Burritos are made with flour tortilla.

ROJO: Stuffed with beef chunks in a delicious red chile sauce topped with cheese sauce. Served with rice and beans.

TOLUCA: Stuffed with grilled chicken, chorizo and pineapple topped with cheese dip, served with rice and beans.

QUESADILLA BRAVA: A big flour tortilla filled with potatoes, chorizo, and cheese. Served with a side of sour cream and pico de gallo.

QUESADILLA MEXICANA: A flour tortilla grilled and stuffed with beans, cheese, and your choice of chopped beef or chicken. Served with a guacamole salad, tomatoes, and sour cream.

FAJITA QUESADILLA: A super flour tortilla stuffed with your choice of: mouthwatering grilled chicken, juicy steak or shrimp and cheese. Served with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and home made guacamole.

CHIMICHANGA: A deep-fried flour tortilla, filled with beans, chopped beef or shredded chicken, topped with cheese sauce, garnished with a guacamole salad, tomatoes, sour cream and your choice of rice or beans.

HUEVOS A LA MEXICANA: Eggs over a corn tortilla, topped with ranchera sauce, grilled tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. Served with rice, beans, and tortillas. HOT or MILD at your request.

TAMALE DELUXE: One tamale, four assorted nachos, each topped differently with chicken, beef, rice and beans, and two chicken or beef flautas. Garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole.

PASTA FAJITA: A mouthwatering pasta with grilled chicken or skirt steak, with bell pepper, tomatoes and onions, cooked with your choice of marinara or two cheese white sauce.

LA POBLANA: A bed of grilled poblano peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and melted V&V Supremo Chihuahua cheese. Served with rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and lettuce. Steak, Chicken, Fish.

PARRILLADA MEXICANA: For one & For two. Main dish consists of succulent Carnitas, Shrimp, Chorizo (Mexican sausage), Chicken, and Steak.

EL PORTON SPECIAL: Rib-eye or NY strip cooked with our house recipe: onions tomatoes, and bell peppers. Served with rice and beans.

STEAK AND SHRIM: Succulent Chargrilled Rib-eye or NY strip and shrimp, served with steamed vegetables, rice, and beans.

STEAK RANCHERO: Tender Rib-eye or NY strip cooked in our special ranchera sauce, served with rice and beans.

CARNE ASADA A LA TAMPIQUEÑA: Steak grilled with onions, served with rice, beans, and guacamole salad.

SIZZLING FAJITAS

All Fajitas and Parrillada are served with rice, beans, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and flour or corn tortillas. You can create your own tacos. All Fajitas are well marinated and cooked with tomatoes, onions and bell peppers, served on a sizzling hot skillet.

POTATO FAJITAS: A house favorite..!! A potato filled with your choice of grilled chicken or steak, cooked with vegatables topped with cheese sauce and bacon, served with lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole.

MOLCAJETE FOR TWO: A traditional feast for all...!!! A sizzling lava stone bowl filled with green tomatillo sauce, grilled chicken, grilled marinated skirt steak, grilled onions, chunks of pineapple cactus, and grilled V&V Supremo Del Caribe cheese. SEAFOOD

CHOOSE ONE: Red Tilapia, Shrimp, Salmon. All shrimp and Fillets are served with a side salad. Pick two items: Fried beans, Charro beans, Black beans, Rice, or Vegetables.

ARROZ CON CAMARONES: Shrimp sauteéd in butter, cooked with onions, mushrooms, and poblano peppers.Served on a bed of rice with cheese.

COCKTEL DE CAMARONES: Shrimp Cocktail. Prepared with sliced avocado, chopped onions, cilantro, jalapeños peppers, tomatoes, and special ketchup sauce. Small & Large.
